This Sipel / Cico Sipel-S Impregnation is a water/solvent based colorless liquid silicone which, when applied, creates a highly water repellent surface.
This SIPEL/SIPEL-S is applied on siliceous/mineral surfaces especially on exterior building brickwork, concrete cement/sand rendering, plastering, natural or cast stone. It reduces the phenomenon of efflorescence due to soluble salts in brickwork. It protects the surface from exterior aggression.
